Ingredients
- 2 oz pisco
- 1 oz kumquat juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 slices of fresh jalapeño
- Handful of fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt
- Ice
- Kumquat slice and cilantro sprig for garnish
Instructions
- Rim the edge of a glass with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it in salt.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle 2 slices of fresh jalapeño with 1 oz of fresh lime juice and a handful of cilantro leaves.
- Add 2 oz of pisco, 1 oz of kumquat juice, and 1 tablespoon of honey to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the salt-rimmed glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a slice of kumquat and a sprig of cilantro.
